Ordering, shipping, returns and product questions for the Velna Zvis official site.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within one business day. Standard US delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days depending on your state, and you receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel ships.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At the moment we ship within the United States only. We are not able to accept international orders on this site.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, plus the accelerated checkout options shown at the cart, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible. Orders are picked quickly, but if yours has not been handed to the carrier yet we can usually cancel or amend it.

What is your return window?

Are your supplements made in the United States?

Yes. Our products are manufactured in the US in facilities that follow current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements for dietary supplements.

Do you test your products?

Every batch is tested for identity, potency and contaminants, and we keep the documentation. Certificates of analysis are available on request for any lot number.

Are these products suitable for children?

Each product page states the intended age range. Where a product is formulated for adults, keep it out of reach of children and follow the label.

Can I take more than one Velna Zvis product together?

Many customers do. Check the Supplement Facts panels for overlapping nutrients, and speak with your healthcare provider if you take prescription medication.
